Filled with spreadable pistachio cream,cubes of pistachio mass and sugar,covered with a fine icing of white chocolate and hacked pistachios.
The dove of pistachios, filled with a tasty cream with pistachio and covered with icing pistachio and chopped pistachios has always been the pleasure of young and old and it is typical of the Easter period.
The Easter dove of green pistachios from SICILY is excellent consumed in its simplicity but it becomes a real delicacy if stuffed with pistachio cream.
Our best suggestion is to enrich the taste of Easter dove with an excellent pistachio liqueur.
This dessert combines the tradition with the very fine pastry from Bronte creating a dessert that is difficult to find around the world.
