Step 1: Set up a boiling water bath and place a large thick glass bowl on top of the water. Add the chocolate chips, salt and condensed milk. Mix them carefully whilst the chocolate melts with a silicone or wooden spatula.
Step 2: When the ingredients are completely mixed, add the wine and mix again. Toss the pistachios in and mix. Pour the mix out on to a flat rectangular dish lined with wax paper or parchment paper. Let it cool at room temperature and then let it solidify in the refrigerator till it sets completely. When solid remove and cut it with a saw-toothed knife into half-inch squares and enjoy.
